Jody Nilsen: I was born in Dayton, OH. but only stayed there until I was 13 or so. I went to high school on Nashville, Tenn. I got a scholarship to Center For Creative Studies in Detroit, MI. I attended there three years, then transferred to School of Visual Arts in New York City to finish off the remaining year and a half. I graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts in 1995. While going to school for the last year, I worked at Y&RNY full-time for a while, then started free-lancing for a wide variety of companies in the NYC area. From there, I moved to Ohio and sought work at the Design Firms and Ad Agencies. I had an opportunity to move to Chicago where I have remained for the last five years. I worked for four years at Big Idea Productions where I learned the ins and outs of the computer. I did work ranging from Style guides to painted backgrounds for the videos. That brings us all the way up to today.
